Student Trumpet that delivers
I work for the band and orchestra division of a national music retailer and this is our student model horn of choice as well as that of most music directors in the area...AVOID anything made is CHINA...JEAN BAPTISTE, and anything with a colored tint or spray to it...they sound like crap...and... -

I can't give you the specs on that horn because I don't know them, but I can tell you that there was a time I had one of those in my possession that had both the D and the Eb tuning slide and it was a great little horn - I did A LOT of playing on it. At the time I was singing and playing trumpet with my church's music ministry - a small SATB choir. I'd transpose out the parts to hymns and descants using the William Bay "Hymns and Descants for Trumpet" book....
