Good case...for a while
It starts out strong, but fades after a while like a bad trumpet player. It's actually a very heavy case, as cases go, but it does have fairly good storage. But inevitably, the handle wears out and falls off. Use this one because it comes with the trumpet, but I don't recommend putting out... -
Not worth the money.
This is the case that comes with the Back Stradivarius trumpet. The trumpet was great, but almost everyone I know had the hinges, handle, or zipper break within 2 years. If you're looking for a good case, you can do better for less money.

Sew the patch on a denim jacket or other personal item.
A: if it ever gets to it, resale value plummets with personal alterations.
B: Your mind might change about patches, badges and buttons later on.

It's honestly not in very good cosmetic condition, but it works great. Here's the specifics:

That serial number dates the horn to the mid-1960s. With the condition you describe, I think you could have a starting price of $500 easily, as it's still a vintage Strad.. Bring it in to a repair shop to get it cleaned and fixed up, and you could raise your price. The case is

The exterior of this case has been refurbished, including fixing some scrapes, gouges, and general wear. Most of the repairs you will not see even upon close inspection. The only piece in the entire case that is not original is one of the feet on the bottom. One of the originals was lost, thus this replacement.
