I just got a cast iron skillet Wagner a friend. I was just curious about how it might be old, and if it's good. It seems perfect for what I need, but I'm just curious.
Wagner is a registered property. If it looks in good shape, it is. Cast iron pans do not change and so they are very difficult to date precisely, and besides, no matter how old he is?

I read where the foundry went bankrupt.
I still have some of their cast iron and use it frequently. I think it is/was some of the best made.
I doubt if you will find any "true" Wagner cookware anymore.....I
