Great set up for beginners!
This is a great set up for beginners. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this package again. I can't find anything major to complain about, and my 11 year old son is loving his first electric guitar! An older person or someone who has more experience with guitars in general, may find this package... -
Fantastic Buy For The Money
This is a nice quality guitar, which comes with a stand, pics, tuner, strings, strap and amplifier... can't beat the price. The picture shows there should be a guitar case with the pack, but it doesn't come with one, which seems a little deceiving. If they're not going to include the case, then...

I'm not sure there's any single best, and certainly not the price range of anyone who has to ask :-).
But seriously... it's something of a personal choice. I think you should figure out what your budget is (and of course, if you're pure acoustic at this point

An eclectic collective: Waltham Mills artists open their studios
Time on Saturday, Nov. 5, features the work of more than 80 artists, working in a myriad of mediums, from woodworking and metalworking, to mixed media, photography, film and video.
“We have it all,” said Newton resident Martha Winston, one of the many artists participating in the event.
She rents a studio on the third floor of building four in the mills complex, and has been there for three years. Building four is one of two buildings occupied by the artists association, which has called the area home for over 30 years.
“It’s got a good vibe,” said Winston, a painting and mixed media artist. “It’s a nice group of working people and people are cooperative, considerate, responsible.”
All of the artists in the association will open their doors on Nov. 5 and 6 for the free Open Studios event.
Mary Palmer Ruth, who has a studio of her own on the same floor as Winston, said one of the main selling points for the event is the diversity of the work inside the mills.
