Not bad for some inflatable guitars
So I read all the reviews on this product before posting this one. There is definitely some confusion. When inflating these guitars, if you squeeze the stem, air will flow freely out and it is almost impossible to seal up the stem before some air gets out. It took me about 3 guitars to realize... -

I'm looking for affordable but I don't want a cheapie that will fall apart just as he is catching on and getting into it. A used one from a reputable manufacturer would be great, anyone know good quality guitar names? He's a big kid so I think...
I disagree. The Squier series are some very well put together machines, very solid performers. I've owned 2 in the past and they generally performed as well as my Mexican Fenders. The pickups are usually wound with a little less output and they generally are not set up perfect

Caps fans rock the... purple?
Caps players warmed up wearing one-of-a-kind jerseys with their names and numbers outlined in purple, the signature color for cancer awareness. At the end of warm-up, each player autographed his jersey and handed it over for a silent auction that ran throughout the game.
As game time approached, fans gave a roaring standing ovation for 12-year-old cancer survivor Anthony Holley, who looked shocked and nothing short of ecstatic to be shaking hands with Nicklas Lidstrom and Alex Ovechkin before participating in a ceremonial puck drop.
Fans watching at home may have noticed commentators Joe Beninati and Craig Laughlin wearing the same tie as Boudreau and the rest of the Caps coaching staff (how embarrassing under any other circumstances!). Meanwhile, fans at Verizon Center stopped by a table on the lower concourse to learn about the organization that stood to benefit from the night’s fundraiser: Flashes of Hope.
12-Pack Inflatable Rock Star Electric Guitar Reviews | Pool Beach ...
These are cute guitars that we used for decoration for my six year old’s Rock Star birthday party last night. However, they are quite flimsy (thought I would have been able to inflate it with more air), and they didn’t hold the air very well (you have to be have lightning speed to remove your mouth and close the valve in order not to lose half the air you used to just inflate the thing!).
All in all, the kids had fun with them, but not sure I’d buy again.
I thought these would be a hit. I bought both these guitars and the finger lights. But the guitars were disappointing and cheap. The plugs are not well made. If the plugs worked maybe the kids could enjoy them. Maybe some of them hold better, but the ones my kids got didn’t hold. So the air seeped out pretty quickly. I would recommend the finger lights though. They’re inexpensive, kid’s love playing with them in the dark, and the lights last for a long time....
Teenagers' Rock Band Performs on Internet Radio - Winnetka ...
Tucked neatly inside an attic nook, five teenagers rehearse their latest songs for an upcoming album. High Street , a rock band formed in 2007, is comprised of four boys and one girl, all with one goal in mind: to compose and record music.
"We'd like to get a record deal," said one musician, as the band members nodded their heads in agreement. "That might be nice."
For five hours a week, the band members practice at the Findling home, where drummer Kurt Findling, 14, and electric guitarist Erik Findling, 12, live with their parents, David and Annette. The band's singer, 14-year-old Jenny Thompson lives down the street. Guitarist Billy Hennessy, 14, and basist Emre Erel, 15, commute from nearby towns.
On Tuesday evening, High Street was interviewd live on Fearless Radio , a Chicago-based Internet radio station.* Listeners could also tweet questions to the band during the show.
