Ok, I think it's Collin Raye. It's a pretty old song, maybe sometimes in the early 90's. I can not even remember the words of the song, but I remember that I loved. At the end of the video for the song, the boy and girl are in a boat.
I think it was Doug Stone "I Never Knew Love" its been a while since I've seen his videos, but I know he has one where he observed a couple and the girl goes in and the guy goes after her, rather sure it was "I Never Knew "..... Love
