Nice guitar to buy used. No great bargain new.
Hi, I own this guitar and it is not a guitar I would have bought new. I tried a new one, my used one plays as good or better than the new one and I paid $60 bucks for it. They come up on craigslist often, so they are not hard to find. You will have to polish the frets and may need to adjust the... -
Great for the price!
As far as beginner guitars go, this is a great one for the price. It has some quality sound to it. Nice and full bodied, while holding tune very well. I had a small knick in mine when I bought it, but it doesn't effect sound or playability so check thoroughly because I can't attest to the...

I am felling to buy a 6 string acoustic guitar nothing serious, just to play for fun so I'm not going to get something too expensive but I want to know what is the best guitar on the link below, which is the strongest (not to break easily)?, which...
The Epiphone AJ-1 or the Jasmine by Takamine appear to be the only 2 acoustics in that price range that are full size. Those are the only 2 that I would consider. The other guitars shown are all 3/4 or 7/8 size. Unless you are a child or a very small adult, you probably don't

Concert review: Sting at 60 can still command the audience
The busman’s holiday is officially over.
After spending the greater part of 2010 fronting a behemoth of an orchestra for his global Symphonicities tour, Sting, ever the British heartthrob at 60 (not to mention a walking billboard for the benefits of yoga), has gone to the opposite extreme and pared things down to the bare necessities with his Back To Bass tour.
Twenty-four hours after playing a private Palais Royale shindig for beaucoup de bucks (rumoured to be in the area of $1 million), the ex-Policeman took to Massey Hall for the first of two shows (the second is tonight) in the most informal of stage attire: running shoes, jeans, a mauve t-shirt and a shorn head.
Flanked by the father and son team of guitarists Domenic and Rufus Miller, Vinnie Colaiuta, the “drummer’s drummer,” as he tagged him, and the twin violin section of Jo Lawrie and Peter Tickell, Sting proceeded to take the adoring, largely 40-plus and 50-plus sold out crowd on a sonic adventure that revisited past triumphs and explore some lesser known gems of a catalogue that has sold over 100 million albums.
The Best Acoustic Guitar Lessons For Children Ever
Last year, from out of the blue, my nine yr old daughter informed me that they would like an electric guitar. Being a typical parent, my first question to myself was, “How much will this cost?” My second question was to her, “Will you actually learn play this guitar or will it end up collecting dust in your closet?” I’d absolutely no idea how much a guitar would cost, or which kind of guitar I should buy.
Apart from the expense involved, I never thought about how she would learn how to play the guitar. I just assumed that a person we knew know someone that gave lessons. Not really that easy.
Every tutor recommended to us had no openings, even the guitar shop where we bought your guitar could not fit us set for four months. Once summer rolled around we finally found a pretty good instructor, but he could only give lessons on Wednesdays at 10:30 each day, and only for 30 minutes. Not only were the teachings expensive ($45.00 each and every time), but they weren’t for a specified duration and they were in a very inconvenient time. I soon decided there had to be a better way....

The bridge is perfect- shiny, new, not rusted or scratched at all. I also have a bag of misc. bass parts: 4 B.C.
