I REALLY love these strings.I have strung literally thousands of guitars over my 40 years of repairing stringed instruments. D'Addario EJ16s are IMHO the... -
These strings are perfect for any level or type of Guitarist.
I have played the Acoustic Guitar for eight years, maybe a little more than that. I started with standard Martin strings which I eventually found my hatred for. When I discovered these strings a few years back ago (most, if not all music stores I have visited have strung their Guitars with the...

Any suggestions to the best 12 string guitar in or around 300 euros/dollars/pounds? Is and electro acoustic necessary for playing live or will a pick up work well? Thanks!
Off hand, the one guitar maker that I can think of that is in your country is, Tanglewood.
I'm pretty sure that they offer a couple of models as 12 sting, acoustic/electrics that would fit your needs and of real good quality and performance. I've come across a few

A 12 string guitar sounds more "full" and is mostly used for playing rhythm. Im not sure about Taylor Swift but im pretty sure she uses a 6 string, and yes you can play most songs on both types of guitars.
A 6 string guitar is probably a little easier

Garwood Library to host guitarist/composer Peter Biedermann on Nov. 1
GARWOOD — Guitarist and composer Peter Biedermann will be performing at the Garwood Public Library on Tuesday, Nov. 1, at 7 p.m. Based in Morris County, Biedermann has been performing in a variety of musical formats for over 35 years. Since 2008 he has begun a string of solo performances in libraries, house concerts, churches, and other similar listener friendly performance spaces.
The music will consist of entirely original acoustic instrumental music performed on various 6, 8 (Baritone) and 12 string guitars in unique tunings accompanied by the subtle use of ambient electronics. While acoustic guitar pioneers such as Michael Hedges, Bert Jansch, Leo Kottke and Ralph Towner are considered to be major influences on his music, many other lesser known visionaries of finger style acoustic guitar are acknowledged and referenced during his live performances. Interactive dialogue with the audience is encouraged as Biedermann will try his best to demystify the mystery of his unique music.
